Family-owned and operated, Neustadt Springs Brewery is a small craft industry. It was first established in 1859 and was built over one of the finest sources of spring water in Canada. The Neustadt Brewery is also reputed as being the oldest operating brewery building in Ontario.

This brewery is dedicated to brewing only natural premium quality ales and beer. They use the finest Canadian malts, New Zealand hops, and European yeasts.
